Xi’an is the capital of Shaanxi Province, located in the centre of Guanzhong Plain. We aim to promote cultural development of the Xi’an City by creating a first-class public cultural buildings.
The program is mixed, including offices, housing hotel, commercial centre and a theatre. On the roof there is a garden with a retail area organised as a village, promoting small shops, restaurant and creating a nice walking experience overlooking the surrounding city.
Creating high quality residential areas. Residential towers are located along the central open space in order to provide nice views and promoting a good quality of living. Over 30% of the site is kept as Open Space for the active and passive recreation of the residents.
The Hotel, located on the roof of the commercial centre, is organised around an internal courtyard in order to create a calm space separated by the noise of the city.
Xian Performing Arts Centre is an important cultural facilities. Inspired by the traditional Chinese temple, this new temple of music and culture will be the heart of the entire complex.
