Duccio Cardelli is an Italian architect. He graduated with high honors from the Architectural school of Florence in 2001 and has been an invited critic in France, Italy, China.

He has form his Architecture and Urbanism skills in one of the best worldwide architecture office: 2Portzamparc. He has been working directly with Mr. Christian de Portzamparc (Pritzker Price 1994). He joined the Portzamparc team in 2001 and in 2009 He was appointed Studio Director.

During 14 years in Portzamparc office, He has been in charge of the Suzhou Cultural Center, the Riverside Urban Development in New York, the Luxemburg Philharmonic House, the Cidade da Musica cultural center in Rio de Janeiro, the Harbor Office building in Beyrouth and many others.

In May 2014 He founded the AND STUDIO practice, firm specialized in Architecture, Urban Planning and urban Design. The practice is structured as a laboratory, researching, informing and generating architecture / urbanism in all its forms.

He has been leading the urban research on neighborhood’ revival surrounding Beijing and Shanghai and in 2018 and 2019 And Studio won several projects of Urban Planning and Design.
