The project is located in east riverside of Shanghai. Our proposal make full use of the existing terrain and attention to urban space and the creation of the community environment.
The program is a harbor’s office with a commercial center looking toward the plaza. The two programs are visible from the exterior through the facades treatments: the retail façade is a curtain wall cover by wooden strips and metal boxes which are the retail vitrines. The offices façade is a concrete façade.
